Bihar Lakshmibai Samajik Suraksha Pension Eligibility

• Social Security Pension Scheme is only for widow women of Bihar state, those women who are residents of Bihar and have been living in the state for at least ten years after the date of application can apply for it.
• To avail the benefit of Bihar Laxmibai Social Security Pension Scheme, the age of the applicant woman should be above 18 years.
• The maximum age to avail the benefit of this scheme is 72 years, after which the benefit of this scheme cannot be provided.
• Under the scheme, the female widow should belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family.
• The total annual income of the widow woman applying for this scheme should be less than Rs 60000.
