How much subsidy is available in the scheme?

• Under Bihar Mushroom Subsidy Scheme, farmers get 50% subsidy on construction of huts by the government. Normally, it costs a farmer Rs 179500 to build a hut. The government transfers 50% of this subsidy of Rs 89750 to the bank accounts of the farmers.
• A part from this, the government gives 90% subsidy on the mushroom kits that farmers have to buy during farming. The cost of one kit is ₹60, the government makes it available to farmers for just ₹6. A maximum of 100 kits can be provided to a farmer.

• After this, a new page will open where you will see the option to apply for mushroom production scheme in the hut, click on it.
• After this, you have to accept the guidelines and after proceeding further, enter the farmer registration number and submit.
• After this, an application form opens on the screen in front of you, in which many types of details will be asked from you which you will have to enter one by one.
• When you submit the application form after entering all the information, a receipt will appear on the screen. You have to keep it safe with you or take a printout of it.
